A Simple fix to Unknown Device Messages on Promethean board devices when using USB 3.0 and a New Intel Series Host controller

Seems to be a underlying issue with some Intel Series 8 chip sets with USB 3.0 enabled that brings up " Unknown Device " when attaching a Promethean or Smart whiteboard to the PC .

The simple fix for this is to enter into the bios and disable the following setting " xHCI " , By default ours were set to " Auto ". ( These are settings within the Bios )

By doing this all ports will be reverted back to 2.0 speed , but it will mean that all devices can now be used on the 3.0 host controller.
